Start with the saved work
Open the original setup Chat, draft, or publication in the Console. Read its current status and the full message before starting another copy of the task. Work waiting for your decision, work still running, and an action that failed need different responses.

Setup has not delivered a draft
Return to the product's setup Chat and read the current stage. Product research, discovery, topic selection, and draft generation run automatically. Previously paused setups resume when you return; setup does not require you to confirm context or choose a topic.
The completed result is saved research and a draft with its image, available through Review draft. Research finishing alone does not mean setup is complete.
If setup or resumption reports a failure, read the reason, resolve it where possible, and use Retry. Creating the product again does not resolve a failed step. Follow Onboarding for the full sequence.
Writing is queued or I cannot check its status
Queued means the writing task is waiting to run; Writing or Generating means it has started. Leave the saved task available and return to it to check progress. Neither label means the draft is finished or approved.
In the SEO, GEO, and Reddit editors, distinguish these messages:

If a draft already exists, Regenerate replaces it. Keep wording you want to preserve and read the confirmation before continuing. There is no fixed completion time promised for a task; if it remains unresolved, send support the task or content link and the displayed state.
The text saved but the image is missing
Open the saved draft and check both the text and the reported generation error. Social posts need their post image; SEO and GEO articles need their cover. Text can remain useful even when image generation did not complete.
For a Social post, choose Edit and upload a suitable image in Images, then preview and save. For an article or setup task, return to the original work and inspect the available recovery action before generating again. Regenerating an article can replace its text; copy any edits you want to preserve first.
If the message says the image result is uncertain, or no suitable recovery action is available, contact support with the existing content link. The completion check is the actual image displayed with the intended draft, not merely the absence of an error message.
My edits will not save
Keep a copy of your unsaved text before closing the editor or reloading. Check the displayed save error and whether the content is still editable. Submitted, publishing, or published content can have different editing controls from a draft.
When the article or Reddit editor reports a newer version, open Compare latest saved version. Compare your local text with the saved content. Use Keep my text and use latest revision only after deciding to retain your edits, then save again. Do not assume that dismissing the message saved the draft.
If the failure is a connection problem, restore the connection and try saving again. Confirm that the editor reports the save and that the reopened draft contains your changes. See Review & Publish.
No new research or drafts are appearing
Open Scheduled for the correct product. Check that the relevant task is enabled, its next run, and any message about plan access, credits, or an inactive product. Resolve the stated condition and check the next run again. Scheduled Tasks explains the controls and timezones.
Discovery, topic selection, and writing produce different things. Check the research library and Workflow: you may have an opportunity waiting for selection rather than a failed writing task. SEO, GEO, and Reddit wait for you to choose what gets written. Social generation works from its selected Topics.
If the research is irrelevant or lacks useful information, review Product Knowledge. If GEO has no observations or shows incomplete analysis, use Read AI Visibility Results to distinguish unmeasured questions from measured zero mentions.
A social post has not published
Open the post and confirm that it is scheduled, then check its Publish window and timezone. A draft still in review is not approved. If approval reports no available windows, open the channel's schedule and add a suitable window, then return to Approve & schedule and Confirm schedule.
Check the channel's connected account, Manual or Auto-publish status, and whether the product or channel is paused. Reconnect an expired account when prompted. A manual channel requires you to publish the post yourself and record its link; waiting longer will not send it automatically. See Channels & Connections.
For a failed post, read the failure shown in its details and fix that condition first. Use Details → Return to review when available, then review and schedule it again. If another view offers Retry, check the resulting schedule afterward. When the previous outcome is unclear, inspect the platform before sending again.
The success check is the post on the intended account, opened through its result link, with the text and image you approved.
I cannot schedule or approve an article
For SEO, inspect Connect your site and the connection error. The current integration uses a WordPress Application Password. Follow the WordPress connection steps; keep the password out of support messages. A failed connection check needs resolution before scheduling.
For GEO, select an available destination in Approve article and resolve any requirements shown, such as an invalid category tag. If no destination is available, keep the saved article and contact support rather than assuming another publication site is connected. The available destination list determines what can be submitted through that action.
Check the future publication date, window, and timezone. If approval reports that the article changed, close the approval dialog, inspect the latest saved version, and approve that version. After confirmation, verify the scheduled state; later, open the actual article URL to verify delivery.
An action needs access, credits, or funds
Read the specific message. Plan access determines which capabilities can run, AI credits cover eligible usage, and a cash balance pays for supported additional usage or paid publication. Adding funds does not unlock a feature outside your plan.
Open Billing and Pricing & Credits to check the relevant allowance or charge. If a payment is pending or requires verification, continue that payment from Billing. Closing Checkout is not proof of failure, and a balance reservation is not proof of publication.
Once the access or payment condition is resolved, return to the existing work and check whether it is ready for your next action. If the payment remains unresolved, contact support before starting another purchase for the same need.
Publication is submitted but the result is unclear
Scheduled, Publishing, and Submitted mean different stages of delivery; none alone proves the content is live. Reopen the publication details and inspect any returned URL. For Reddit comments, use the comment permalink rather than a link to the entire thread.
If a link opens the expected content on the confirmed destination, check the title or text and image. For an article, confirm that it is publicly published rather than a site draft or preview. If there is no link, the destination cannot be checked, or the status and external result disagree, contact support with the content link, destination, and time. Avoid submitting another copy simply to make the status change.
Use Cancel schedule or Withdraw only while the action is available and verify the resulting state. Archiving or editing a local record does not remove content already published elsewhere. Review & Publish and Reddit Publishing explain the applicable controls.
Get help with the existing work
Use Support and include the product and content or task link, what you expected, what happened, the approximate time and timezone, and the exact visible message. A screenshot of the relevant state can help; exclude passwords, tokens, payment details, and unrelated private content.
Keep the saved draft and any useful edits while the issue is checked. A clear report lets support investigate the work you already started.
