Credits are a usage allowance — research, content generation, and publishing actions deduct from your balance. Free accounts get 300 monthly credits, Pro includes 2,000, Growth includes 10,000, and the 7-day Growth trial includes 1,000. Free credits reset at the start of each UTC month; paid credits reset with your subscription billing period. When you need more, upgrading to Pro or Growth raises your monthly allowance immediately.
Yes — cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again after that. We do not offer refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Both Pro ($20/mo) and Growth ($60/mo) include the core AI marketing capabilities: content generation, publishing, SEO recommendations, GEO visibility monitoring, Reddit recommendations, Competitor Radar, and AI image generation. The difference is capacity. Pro has usage caps: 5 competitors per analysis, 10 tracked SEO keywords, 5 Reddit recommendations, and 2,000 monthly credits. Growth raises the monthly credit allowance to 10,000, removes those workflow quotas, keeps the channel limit at 10, adds 3 team seats, and includes priority email support.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
