Connect your channels, review drafts, and control when your posts go live.
Set up your channels
, select your product, and open Channels. Each channel has its own platform, tone, language, and posting schedule.
For automatic publishing, open the channel and connect its account. X and LinkedIn use an account authorization flow. For a Blog channel, choose Connect WordPress and enter the site URL, username, and an Application Password created in WordPress under Users → Profile → Application Passwords.
Connecting an account switches the channel to API publishing. Disconnecting it returns the channel to manual publishing. Connected publishing is available on all plans; AI generation uses your available credits and feature access. See for current limits.
Choose your posting schedule
In the channel's Schedule, set the timezone and weekly posting slots. Add at least one slot before approving posts.
Approving a post places it in the next available channel slot. On a connected channel, that approval allows RiseMore to publish it automatically when its scheduled time arrives. Keep a draft in review until both its content and publishing destination are ready.
Review and approve a draft
Open Posts and select a draft. Read the full text, verify product claims and links, and check any attached images. Edit the draft and save your changes before approving it.
Choose Approve to schedule the post, or Reject to leave it unpublished. After approval, check its scheduled time. You can change that time to a future date or use Revert to Draft to take the post out of the publishing queue while you revise it.
Publish automatically or now
A connected, active channel publishes scheduled posts when they are due. Your product must also be active.
To send an approved post immediately, choose Publish Now and confirm. You do not need to wait for its scheduled slot. After a successful publish, the post is marked published and its published URL is shown when the platform returns one.
Publish manually
For a manual channel, copy the approved content and publish it on the destination platform yourself. Then choose Mark Published in RiseMore to record that it has gone live. Marking a post published does not send content to a platform.
Reddit drafts are published externally by you; connecting X, LinkedIn, or WordPress does not enable automatic Reddit publishing.
Resolve a publishing problem
If approval fails because the channel has no schedule, add weekly slots in Channels and approve again.
If a scheduled post has not gone out, check its scheduled time, the channel connection, and whether the product or channel is paused. Manual channels require you to publish the content yourself.
For a failed post, read the error first. Reconnect an expired account or correct the content as needed. If the result is uncertain, check the destination account before retrying so you do not duplicate a post that already went live. Retry puts a failed post back into the schedule; use Publish Now afterward if you want to send it immediately.
