Start with the discussion
Open your product in the Console and choose Reddit Agent. Reddit research and generation require Growth access and available credits. Check Pricing & Credits if an action asks you to upgrade.
Use the community and thread libraries to understand where your audience talks. Workflow holds the opportunities and content you can act on. Research should explain why a community or question fits your product, rather than treating every mention of a keyword as a lead.

This workflow publishes on your behalf to the confirmed community or thread. It does not require connecting Reddit as a Social channel. Channels & Connections explains the different destinations; Reddit Publishing covers delivery and fees.
Inspect an opportunity
Open a saved thread and read the original post, research, and existing discussion. Follow Open on Reddit or View thread to check the live conversation. Saved research is a snapshot: the question may already have been answered or the thread may have closed.
For a community opportunity, inspect the topic, angle, and community rules. For a thread opportunity, check what your answer would add beyond the existing comments. A high product-fit score helps prioritize review; it does not establish permission to promote or guarantee engagement.
Generate the right kind of contribution
Select the opportunity and choose Generate post draft or Generate comment draft.
- A community opportunity produces a standalone post for that subreddit. It does not need an existing thread.
- A thread opportunity produces a top-level comment answering the original post. Existing comments are research context, not nested-reply targets.
Open Research to inspect the angle, sources, and community rules beside the content. Edit the draft so it answers the question directly. Keep product references accurate and relevant; do not invent customer experience or present your own product as an independent recommendation.
Save your edits before submitting. If you choose Regenerate, the saved draft will be replaced; keep any text you want to retain and review the new version. See Review & Publish. If research repeatedly describes the wrong product or audience, correct Product Knowledge before generating more contributions.
Review and submit
Read the community's current rules on Reddit, including restrictions on links and self-promotion. If no rules are saved, check them directly before submitting. Reddit itself recommends reading community rules before posting; see Reddiquette.
Save the reviewed text, confirm the destination, and follow Reddit Publishing. Submission authorizes delivery of that saved version; it is not a successful publication result.
After delivery, open the actual permalink and compare the text and target with your approved draft. For a comment, a link to the whole thread does not identify your contribution. A published contribution is evidence of delivery, not a promise of votes, replies, or customers.
Maintain the opportunity library
Archive an opportunity that is no longer useful. Restore it if it becomes relevant again, then reread the live context before generating or submitting. Archiving work in RiseMore does not remove a contribution already published on Reddit.
Enabled discovery tasks can refresh your pool through Scheduled Tasks. They do not select every opportunity for writing or approve contributions automatically. If the library is empty, check whether discovery has run and whether it is paused. If a draft or delivery is unfinished, use Troubleshooting to find the next action before starting again.
