1. Who we are

Dmooji LLC operates RiseMore. This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or use our AI marketing agents, Console, sharing features, and integrations. We are responsible for the account, billing, and usage information we collect to operate the Service. When you provide information about other people for a marketing workflow, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to use it.

We do not sell your personal information or business content. Providing information needed for an account, payment, or requested workflow is necessary for us to deliver that part of the Service.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and support: your name, email, profile image, authentication identifiers, preferences, and messages or feedback you send us. Sign-in is handled through Google Firebase.
  • Product and workspace content: product descriptions and URLs, audience and competitor information, brand voice, saved materials and research, uploaded files, chat messages, agent memory, and instructions. We also store generated text and images, review decisions, channel settings, schedules, and publishing history.
  • Discovery and monitoring: keywords and search metrics; GEO topics, buyer prompts, research notes, AI answers, mentions and citations; saved Reddit threads; and competitor observations. Public-source material can include author names, usernames, quotations, links, and other personal information present in the source.
  • Connections: account and site identifiers, connection metadata, OAuth access and refresh tokens, or credentials such as WordPress application passwords. MCP clients send tool requests and receive the account data those tools expose.
  • Billing and referrals: subscription and payment records, billing identifiers, referral codes and attribution, commissions, and payout status. Stripe collects payment details and Stripe Connect onboarding information. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Usage and diagnostics: pages and features used, events, IP address, browser and device information, error logs, performance traces, and sampled session replays. Acquisition records include visitor and visit identifiers, landing URLs, referrers, campaign and click parameters, and signup, trial, and purchase events. These records can be linked to your account.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, maintain your workspace, research your product and market, generate and personalize content, run discovery and recurring monitoring, publish approved content, and serve the outputs you choose to share. Saved context and agent memory help maintain continuity across your workflows.

We also use it to process payments and commissions, measure acquisition and product usage, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, provide support, send service notifications, and meet legal obligations.

Where EEA or UK data protection law applies, we rely on performance of our contract for requested services and billing; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement where those interests are not overridden by your rights; legal obligations for required records; and consent where required for optional tracking or marketing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Our Cookie Policy explains the current scope of tracking controls.

4. AI processing and service providers

To carry out a workflow, we send relevant inputs to AI and supporting providers. This can include your product context, instructions, messages, saved materials, files or file URLs, and retrieved research. Search and monitoring queries may include your product name, competitors, and buyer prompts. Not every provider receives every request.

RiseMore does not use your business content, messages, or generated output to train or fine-tune our own AI models. Provider processing, retention, and any training use depend on the provider, model, and applicable service terms and settings; this is not a promise of zero retention or identical practices across all providers.

  • AI: Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI, DeepSeek, and OpenRouter, depending on the model and workflow. OpenRouter routes requests to model providers. Runware and its model providers process image-generation requests.
  • Research and monitoring: Brave Search, Jina, Bright Data, and DataForSEO retrieve public web content, search metrics, community discussions, and AI-answer observations.
  • Operations: Google Firebase handles authentication; Stripe handles subscriptions and affiliate payouts; Resend delivers emails; Railway, Cloudflare, and Upstash provide hosting, storage, delivery, and caching.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager measures usage and conversions; Sentry collects error and performance diagnostics and sampled session replays. Diagnostic records may include identifiers, URLs, and information associated with an error.

Providers receive information needed for their role. Authorized personnel may access information for support, security, and operations. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale, with notice where required. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant personal effects based solely on AI output.

5. Connected platforms, sharing, and public assets

When you authorize publishing, the destination platform receives the content, media, and account information needed to publish it. Disconnecting in RiseMore clears active connection credentials and switches the channel to manual publishing. To revoke the provider's authorization too, use that provider's account settings. Disconnecting does not delete content already sent.

An MCP client you authorize can read the data exposed by supported tools and perform supported actions under your account. Its own operator and model providers may process that data under their policies. RiseMore receives local file or source-code content only if you send it.

Workspace records require account access unless made available through a sharing feature. A report or conversation share link exposes a saved snapshot to anyone with the active link. Revoking it stops access through that link, but cannot remove copies someone has already retained.

Uploaded files, including documents and images, and generated media may have public asset URLs that can be opened without signing in. Anyone with an asset URL can access the file independently of a report or conversation share link. Do not use these uploads for secrets or documents requiring private storage. Contact us if you need an asset removed.

If you sign up through an affiliate, that affiliate can see referral status, a masked version of your email address, and related commission information. We use affiliate and Stripe Connect data to administer referrals and payouts.

6. Retention and account deletion

We retain account and workspace information to provide ongoing access and workflows. Retention also depends on outstanding billing or support matters, legal recordkeeping, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and backup recovery needs. Provider-held copies follow the applicable provider's retention practices.

Deleting your account in profile settings removes the active RiseMore user account and revokes active share links. It does not automatically erase all associated workspace records, chat history, uploaded assets, or deletion archives. We retain records of deleted items, and billing and diagnostic records may also remain. To request erasure of associated personal information or files, contact us using the address below; we will explain any information that must be retained.

Cancel your subscription and disconnect publishing accounts before deleting your account. Account deletion does not itself cancel Stripe billing or remove posts from destination platforms. Copies already published, downloaded, or cached by others cannot be recalled through RiseMore.

7. Security and international processing

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account and integration credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to support.

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, transfers must use a valid mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

8. Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile and workspace content, disconnect channels, manage share links, and request account deletion through the Console. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails; essential account, security, and billing messages may still be sent.

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing, and withdraw consent. California residents may also have rights to know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing as defined by applicable law. We do not sell personal information; see the Cookie Policy for analytics disclosures and controls.

Contact us to exercise these rights, including requests about personal information found in public-source research. We may verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including an EEA supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use browser storage for sign-in and preferences, referral attribution, acquisition measurement, analytics, and diagnostics. Visitor identifiers can be linked to account events even though the identifiers do not themselves contain your name or email. See the Cookie Policy for names, durations, and the limits of our current preference controls.

We do not currently change collection in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. You can use browser controls to block or clear site storage and contact us with privacy requests.

10. Children, changes, and contact

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided information.

We will update the date on this page when our practices change and notify you of material changes through the Service or by email where required. Where a new use requires consent, we will seek it; continued use alone does not replace required consent.
