Can I try RiseMore for free?

Yes. The Free plan is always free, no credit card required. You can create one product context, run one capped onboarding, set up 2 starter channels, and get one image-backed post per channel.

What's the difference between Pro and Growth?

Both Pro ($20/mo) and Growth ($60/mo) include the full AI marketing team: product research, content generation, review and publishing, Competitor Radar, SEO and GEO recommendations, and image generation. Pro has usage caps: 5 competitors per analysis, 10 tracked SEO keywords, 5 GEO recommendations, 20 generated images, and 3 channels. Growth removes those workflow quotas, raises the channel limit to 10, adds 3 team seats, and includes priority email support.

How do trial limits work?

The 7-day trial gives you Growth access so you can try the full workflow. After 7 days, the subscription continues on Pro at $20/month unless you cancel. Trial limits are cumulative during the trial window: archiving a keyword, applying or dismissing a recommendation, or answering or archiving a GEO source does not reset the trial quota. Existing assets remain visible if you cancel or payment fails.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your generated content, reports, product context, manual channels, and existing assets remain accessible. If you return to Free, paid agent runs and paid capabilities such as SEO and GEO recommendations, image generation, and Competitor Radar pause, but you can still view content generated on a higher plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including unused time in a billing period. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact .

How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing pre-pays for 10 months and gets you 2 months free (~17% discount). The full annual amount is charged upfront.
