Can I try RiseMore for free?

Yes. The Free plan is always free, no credit card required. It includes one product context, 2 channels, and 300 monthly credits. Product setup uses those credits to research the product and prepare the first image-backed X and Blog drafts.

What's the difference between Pro and Growth?

Both Pro ($20/mo) and Growth ($60/mo) include the full AI marketing team: product research, content generation, review and publishing, Competitor Radar, SEO recommendations, GEO visibility monitoring, and image generation. Pro supports 3 products, 10 channels, 5 competitors per analysis, 10 tracked SEO keywords, and 2,000 monthly credits. Growth raises capacity to 5 products, 10 channels, 3 team seats, and 10,000 monthly credits while removing the competitor and SEO keyword workflow quotas.

How do trial limits work?

The 7-day trial gives you Growth access so you can try the full workflow. After 7 days, the subscription continues on Pro at $20/month unless you cancel. Trial limits are cumulative during the trial window: archiving a keyword or applying or dismissing a recommendation does not reset its quota. Existing assets remain visible if you cancel or payment fails.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your generated content, reports, product context, manual channels, and existing assets remain accessible. If you return to Free, paid agent runs and paid capabilities such as SEO recommendations, GEO visibility monitoring, image generation, and Competitor Radar pause, but you can still view content generated on a higher plan.

Do you offer refunds?

How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing pre-pays for 10 months and gets you 2 months free (~17% discount). The full annual amount is charged upfront.
