Terms of Service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

RiseMore is operated by Dmooji LLC ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of our website, Console, AI marketing agents, and integrations. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and notifying us of unauthorized access.

2. What the Service provides

RiseMore helps you research your product and market, plan marketing work, collect materials, create content and images, track competitors, and review, schedule, and publish approved content on supported channels.

The SEO Agent discovers keywords and search metrics. The GEO Agent discovers buyer prompts and monitors AI answers, mentions, and citations. The Reddit Agent discovers relevant discussions. These discovery features do not themselves generate or publish SEO, GEO, or Reddit content. Available features, models, connections, and usage limits depend on your plan and the options shown in the Service.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in the business information, materials, messages, and other content you provide. You must have permission to upload, process, and publish that content, including any personal information or third-party material it contains.

As between you and Dmooji LLC, and to the extent permitted by law, you own generated output; we assign to you any rights we may have in it. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection, and it may include material subject to third-party rights. We do not guarantee exclusivity or freedom from infringement.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, copy, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the Service, including using service providers and publishing or sharing as you instruct. This does not give us ownership of your content. Our software, branding, and other Service materials remain ours or our licensors' property.

4. AI output and your review

AI output and research may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to another user's output. Verify factual claims, sources, permissions, and suitability before using or publishing it. Search metrics and AI visibility observations are estimates or observations from particular sources and times, not a complete picture of a market.

We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, AI citations, platform reach, leads, revenue, or other business results. The Service does not provide professional legal, financial, or investment advice.

5. Publishing and connected services

Connecting a supported social account or blog authorizes us to use the connection for the workflow you request. Content requires your approval or an explicit publish action before it is published. Approved scheduled posts may then publish automatically; setting a channel schedule alone does not approve drafts. Recurring agent research and draft creation may run in the background and consume credits without publishing content.

You are responsible for content sent through your accounts and for complying with destination platform rules. Publication depends on valid credentials, platform availability, and applicable limits, so delivery at an exact time is not guaranteed. Channels configured for manual publishing require you to publish on the destination yourself.

Disconnecting a channel removes its active credentials from RiseMore and changes it to manual publishing. It does not undo requests already sent or remove published content. You can also revoke permissions directly with the provider. Third-party services and clients have their own terms and privacy practices.

MCP integrations give authorized clients access to supported account data and actions, including publishing where available. Only connect clients you trust and authorize the actions you intend. RiseMore does not read your local files or source code unless you send that content. The current MCP integration does not provide an agent-run or research-start tool.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, infringing content, impersonation, fraud, harassment, spam, deceptive claims, or undisclosed endorsements. Respect privacy, intellectual property, and the rules of communities and platforms where you use the output.

Do not compromise accounts, distribute malware, disrupt the Service, evade security controls or usage limits, or abuse automated access. Supported integrations are permitted within their intended scope. Do not reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits it.

7. Subscriptions, credits, cancellation, and refunds

Free and paid plans have different feature access and credit allowances. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and applicable charges are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Paid subscriptions renew automatically and are billed in advance monthly or annually until you cancel. A trial that requires a payment method converts to the subscription shown at checkout unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Credits measure usage of AI and supporting services, including research, search, monitoring, and image generation. Consumption varies by task, model, and provider usage; a run may consume credits even if you do not use its output. Background work also counts. Credits are usage allowances, have no cash value, and unused allowances do not roll over. Paid plans receive monthly credit periods even when billed annually; free credits reset each calendar month. Trial credits apply to the trial period. Check Plan & Usage for your allowance and reset date.

You can cancel from Plan & Usage in your Console profile or through the billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Deleting your RiseMore account is separate from cancelling your subscription: cancel billing before deleting your account, or contact support if you no longer have access.

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused credits, except where required by law or expressly offered at purchase. For a billing error or refund request, contact support with the payment details. These Terms do not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights.

Plan changes and any prorated charges are shown in the billing flow. We may change features, models, limits, or pricing as the Service evolves. We will give advance notice of material changes affecting an existing paid subscription, including price changes, so you can cancel before they apply, subject to applicable law.

8. Public links and media

Creating a report or conversation share link makes a snapshot available to anyone with the link. Review the snapshot for confidential or personal information before sharing. You may revoke the link, but revocation cannot remove copies others have saved or published elsewhere.

Uploaded files and generated media may be served through public asset URLs accessible to anyone who has the URL, even without a report or conversation share link. Do not upload secrets or files that require private, authenticated storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Affiliate program

Participating affiliates earn the commission shown in the program, currently 30% of eligible referred subscription payments. Commissions have a 30-day hold. Refunds and chargebacks may reverse commissions, including offsets against future earnings if a commission was already paid. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.

Payouts use Stripe Connect and depend on eligibility, onboarding, and the payout conditions shown in the Service. You are responsible for accurate payout information and your taxes. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting RiseMore. Do not spam, make misleading claims, impersonate us, or bid on RiseMore branded keywords in paid search.

We may suspend participation for fraud or violations and withhold or reverse commissions attributable to that activity. Changes to commission rates or program terms will be announced with 30 days' notice.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account from profile settings. Cancel subscriptions and disconnect publishing accounts first. Account deletion revokes active RiseMore share links; data retention and deletion requests are described in our Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms, and terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Where practicable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, and liability terms, remain in effect.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy or completeness of output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dmooji LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service, AI output, or third-party platform actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dmooji LLC and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable related costs arising from your unlawful use, your content infringing others' rights, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first to try to resolve a dispute. If it remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may seek relief in the state or federal courts of Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims in your country of residence are unaffected.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form our agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions still apply. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.

13. Changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when these Terms change. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email before taking effect where required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
